Online booking has changed to the "old" system we used to have.
Simply click on the Book Online tab at the top of the page and it will redirect you.
If you have an email in our system, but forgot your password (a combination of letters and numbers) or haven't received one yet, simply click on REQUEST NEW PASSCODE and we will send you an email with your new password. Save it; currently you cannot change your password to something personalized.
If you are a new patient, click on the header REGISTER and follow the prompts.
