Online Booking

If you have an email in our system, but forgot your password (a combination of letters and numbers) or haven't received one yet, simply click on REQUEST NEW PASSCODE and we will send you an email with your new password (check your Spam or Junk folder as sometimes this email gets sent there.).

There is a new option to change your password to something you create. When you sign in, it will prompt you to create a Username and Password. This is something you can create (and more easily remember).  

*If you are a New Patient, or you haven't been into the clinic since I moved to the Granville location, the system will only allow you to book ONE appointment. If you require more bookings, please email with your requested dates/times and they will be booked for you. *
